PSCC strives to ensure that all coaches involved with the club have the appropriate qualifications and training, for their role within the club.
Coaching Procedures
All junior and senior coaches working with Perth Strathearn Cricket Club should be familiar with all the documents, policies and procedures below.

If any coach is in a sutuation where a child discloses information to them, which is deemed to be of a sensitive nature and could be classed as a Child Protection incident, this should be immediately report to the clubs Child Protection Officer, Andy Garnett.
Coach Education and Training
The club has a policy of financially support any playing members or parents , who are looking to attaining coaching qualifications, and who will subsequently be volunteering within the club.
